This sounds stupid but i worry about dumb stuff alot when i woke up this morning a fly was buzzing right next to my ear i'm worried that it got in my ear laid eggs and left i've got no symptoms at the moment it's ben 6 hrs?

A fly bzzing outside your ear cant lay eggs in your ear. If you worry too much in general consult your doc for management

Not necessarily stupid, but definitely out of the range for normal worries. Seeing your doctor would be best as such thoughts may become intense enough to interfere with activities of daily living.
