Hopefully wax: Wax can occlude your ear canal leading to fullness and hearing loss. It also could be fluid in your middle ear space or other possibilities. Best to start with your primary care doctor or see an ENT for evaluation.

Muffled hearing: This can be sudden sensorineural hearing loss. This needs exam and hearing test. Of present, Treatment needs to be started with steroids right away. Get checked right away.
