Nose bleed ,ear full: May be from allergies, or reflux. Elevate head of bed ( pillow under mattress). Zyrtec ( antihistamine ) x 2 weeks before bed and ranitidine. Keep food diary as food intolerance may cause nasal congestion. Also put vasoline inside nares tip at night and in AM it moisturizers the area so does not dry out which leads to bleeding. f/u w/ doc - ear fullness may have developed infection and need meds
