Morning.... i have an itching feeling in my eyes when i watch tv...whistling sound in my ears...and discharge from my eyes during some mornings when i wake up....the stuff is sometimes thick i can't open my eyes. what might be the problem ?

Dryness: If your eyelids are not inflamed, then this crusty or sticky matter in your eyes may be caused by blockages in the mucus secreting structures of the eyelids. Warm compresses may obviate this problem. However if the eyelids appear inflamed,more aggressive treatment is needed. An ophthalmologist can evaluate, advise and treat you best for this symptom.
