What does a focal dilation of the right iliac artery just distal to bifurcation, 1.5cm in length mean on an ultrasound of an otherwise healthy adult?

The R iliac artery is ballooning a tiny bit just distal to bifurcation. May be congenital or related to high blood pressure or normal variant. Discuss with your Dr who knows you and has seen it ultrasound. May want to repeat again as US is very operator dependent.e This is one of the reasons not to do qn ultrasound or any other diagnostic test on a healthy person.
