Difficult to tell: The CBD is common bile duct it is a pathway that allow bile produced by the liver to enter into the duodenum (small intestine). If the common bile duct (CBD) is blocked then bile from the liver can't get out and it backs up into the liver. The report says that the CBD is wider then normal (dilated) and part where it exits into duodenum gets smaller (taper). Then somewhere it get narrower (stricture)
