Although not necessarily dangerous, it does indicate that you do have acid reflux which may need treatment. You should discuss this with your gastroenterologist who did your procedure. Good luck.

Early diagnosis of reflux esophagitis allows you to do something about it like weight loss if you are overweight and to know what you eat that makes the symptoms worse to avoid them; habit that prevent constipation. Your doctor may prescribe medication to alleviate the symptoms but habitual changes would make the symptoms go away eventually and reduce the associated risk of prolonged esophagitis
