Hi, im 24 now, male and im 5'6 height i want to grow more taller.. i saw a ad saying that any one can grow upto 6 to 8 inches after puberty. help me?

Unlikely: At 24 years old your growth plate (an area in your bones) is very much likely closed. Ads, unfortunately claim things are are not medically possible and sometimes engage patients on risky procedures or medications. 5 6" is not a very short stature after all. Think of all the successful people out there who are very short! good luck.
