A member asked:

I just found out i'm tanner stage 4.1 at 19, can i still grow taller? my mum is 5'2 and dad is probably around 5'11-ish. i'm 5'9 right now and i think i might have grown an inch since i was 17. i also started puberty around 12, so it's a little weird

Some basics: You are at your predicted final height based on parental numbers. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could be assessed for bone maturity. If the growth centers in that study are closed, you are finished growing taller. If open, you may grow some.Later tanner stages often occur after you stop growing taller.
