Help! i had unprotected vaginal sex with a now know hiv positive woman. i had rna quantitive test negative at 11 days and a 4th gen ab-ag test negative at 23 days. are these conclusive? started showing ars like symptoms 10 days after exposure?

That combination of negative HIV tests is close to 100% reliable -- probably 98-99%. However, they prove for sure that your "ARS like symptoms" are NOT ARS. It isn't possible to have ARS with the negative tests you had. Have one more AgAb test at 6 weeks to be 100% certain you don't have HIV.
