I'm 40 yers old, my labs says i have anisocytosis, hypochromia, microcytosis, polychromatophilia, ovalocytes and hemoglobine of 9 i'm very concerned. is this blood cancer? would 200mg of iron help raise iron levels and heal?

You have a significant anemia and the smear result is not consistent with just iron deficiency. Taking iron supplement won't hurt you but it may not correct the anemia. I doubt of any type of leukemia if white blood cell and platelet counts are within normal ranges (you did not mention so I assume they are normal). You need to be evaluated by a hematologist.
