I'm 40 yers old, my labs says I have Anisocytosis, Hypochromia, Microcytosis, Polychromatophilia, Ovalocytes and Hemoglobine of 9 I'm very concerned. Is this blood cancer? Would 200mg of iron help raise iron levels and heal?
Recent blood results came back that were confusing to me. My WBC is 2.5, rbc 2.9, hgb 11.3, platelets 111. But then it also has ovalocytes 1+, macrocytes 2+, dacryocyte 1+, myelocytes 1%, and occasional smudge cells. What does this mean?
My hemoglobin is 2.9 and it will not rise. My lab results said Rare nucleated RBC seen. Polychromasia present Microcytes present. Hypochromasia present. Anisocytosis present, is that a blood cancer?
