My feet recently grew from a size 10 to a 12 mens and im 57. a size 12 at my height is very big and was wondering if a growth spurt is going to happen? some context my brother wears the same size and hes 61. im 21?

That is a big change in a short time and apparently foot size of 12 is quite big for your height. If you also note of a significant change in your hand size in the same period, you should see a doctor just to rule out certain endocrinologic disorder. Growth spurt does not happen at 21 years old. The growth centers in males close in most by 17. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can be examined for growth centers. If closed, no more increased height is possible. If you have not grown more than an inch taller in a year you are at or near the end.
