You're fine: Life is too difficult already to worry about whether your feet are disproportionately large. This is not a sign of any illness, and we're certainly not going to try to make them smaller. If somebody is claiming your feet are big, say you have a good "under-standing". If you are preoccupied with this, you might benefit from treatment for body dysmorphic disorder.

No issues: Your feet are the size they are supposed to be. If you are not in pain or having other symptoms you have nothing to worry about. There is. No such thing as proper size feet in relation to body size. There is a very large range of normal.
