Basically YES: to height, but feet and noses can slowly grow over time. (also the end of the chin).

Yes, barring medical: Generally, adults stop growing around the age of 18 (give or take a few yrs). If it has been 8 yrs, chances r there will b no further growth in the future, barring a medical anomaly such as a the development of a tumor that produces growth hormone. Even in this situation, since the bone plates have "fused", growth is not in length but in circumference. Hopefully ur not disappointed; get used to it
