Unlikely diagnosis : Diagnosis of cervical carcinoma is done only after pathological examination of biopsy specimen , at 22 yr age is very rare , talk to your doctor and go for regular gyn examinations , if needed pap smear. It may not be late to get hpv vaccine to prevent cervical ca ask your doctor also.

Period is very thick mixed with large amounts of cervical mucus. Blobs come out on toilet, is Painful. Not clotted blood just thick. ultrasound and HPV neg last month. Had this for 4 years. If cancer, would it have shown on ultrasound after 4 years?
