You need to follow up with the doctor who ordered this test. My advice would be to stop drinking before there is more advanced liver disease. You may need a liver biopsy to find out the diagnosis. Alcohol is not going to be good for your liver now-even if the liver damage is from a different etiology. You may need to see a liver specialist. Good luck!
