Your cardiologist is presumably more involved with your medical care than a radiologist interpreting the results of one procedure. You should speak with your cardiologist what they mean by scarring, however, to get a better feeling for what is going on with your heart. Good luck.

They both might be right. The cardiologist will integrate in context described findings and may decide that they are not meaningful given history, symptoms and exam findings.

I have learned through many years of experience that when there's a difference of opinion between the very experienced radiologist, who interprets many more studies than does the nonradiologist, , the radiologist is usually correct.
