Cardiac mri stated localised inferoseptal mid wall fibrosis at mid ventricular level and septal fibrosis. cardiologist didn't seem worried but are my pvcs dangerous?

Isolated PVCs that all look the same are usually not dangerous. PVCs that come in groups and/or look different are more concerning. Have you had a Holter monitor done to see how often you have these PVCs and to be certain they all look the same? That may be something to pursue with your cardiologist if it has not been done yet.
