Yes, ideally (and usually) while being aware of the report of the radiologist or other imaging specialist who interpreted the MRI result.

A cardiologist will be able to interpret results and place them in clinical context, based on radiologist’s report. Cardiac MRI’s are not as common as other cardiac tests and this is where the cardiologists opinion is always needed.
