If the mildly elevated SGPT has been confirmed, liver ultrasound is indicated for ruling out fatty liver because of your risk factors. In the mean time, alcohol is contraindicated and you need to lose weight with exercise and low calorie (low saturated fat and low carb) diet. Good luck.
