Confusing question: If your us suggested fatty liver then this is probably present, but not invariably. This can be best assessed by the doctor who ordered the study. The other data you included is confusing and irrelevant.

Doc Thoughts on these liver numbers? SGOT(AST) 41 UL in July , 400 UL in Dec. And SGPT (ALT) 79 in July 1000 in Dec. No pain no signs of liver disease, All seems well. May go for ultrasound. Active Marijuana user but No alcohol. Drinks lot of water?
Ultrasound indicates normal size liver but cirohsis. Hep c, no ascietes, no swelling, sgot, sgpt high. Gallstone. Ef heart 40%.What is best option?
my sgot level is 64 and sgpt level is 84.i hv taken painkillers as had a minor accident and a typhoid medications.is the high levels is due to this.
