I got my horizontally impacted wisdom teeth removed a week ago. i ate some chicken and panicked when some food got in the little hole so i took a toothpick and tried to remove it as gently as i could. it bled only a little. will i get dry socket?

You must keep area clean from food or any debris. Flush out any deposits that enters the extraction site. The bleeding you occurred is a good sign, dry socket happens when there is no bleeding. You should be seeing your surgeon for a post-op visit any day.
