What is bad for GERD is large meals, laying down after a meal, eating late in the evening, coffee, chocolate, mints, and high fat content food. Chicken liver in about 4 ounces has about 8 grams of fat and so not overly high. A slice of pizza has about 10 grams of fat if it is just cheese and more if there is meat too. So you can see how a couple pieces of pizza can be high in fat as comparison.

Usually chicken liver is not bad for Gerd, although if it is prepared in a fatty way, it is possible. However, any food can be a trigger for Gerd in particular people, so if you notice that it gives you trouble, you should avoid it. Good luck.
