Can a sudden occurence of epiploic appendagitas with sharp pains enlarge my liver .. ct scan says liver is now 18.7 in size ... liver was normal in size 2 yr. ago from a previous ct scan ..will it go back to normal size once the appendagitis heals ?

This condition is relatively benign and will not cause liver enlargement. Have your doc investigate and treat.
