Fatty liver dz: meaning there are some abnormal level of fat deposited in your liver tissue- something called fatty liver disease. it may perhaps related to the upper limit of the spleen size. if you drink alcohol, I would recommend to stop. watch out your diet- especially the carbohydrates, encourage to increase activity. would suggest you to discuss with your doctor further.
