You have had a thorough and extensive work-up for the intractable emesis without an identified structural etiology. That means the etiology is either functional or psychosomatic in etiology. You should seek for a second opinion from a tertiary, academic center, if feasible. I wonder how much weight you has lost and how you have been treated in the last three months. Good luck.

Work up should be extended at this point to functional gastrointestinal disorders and possible causes outside the gi system. Your current gastroenterologist will be best to further coordinate, nutritional status becomes of concern.
