Lack of sleep, been having stomach issues for months, had a egd and colonoscopy done. what could it be.. i dont have a appetite anymore. nauseous and a lot of burping and body aches?

Nausea, burping, ach: I assume the EGD and colonoscopy were normal. Were you checked for gluten sensitivity, liver or gall bladder disease? If the gastroenterologist has no more suggestions, I recommend seeing a specialist in internal medicine who will take a thorough history&system review, do a physical examination&order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis & may refer you to other consultants.
