Hi doctor!!! i tested hsbag and hcv at 8 & 11 week lab test after having receptive oral sex without ejaculation comes with negative result. is it conclusive? pls advise me any other future testing required?

Such an exposure is little or no risk for HBV and HBsAg at 11 weeks is conclusive. It was definitely zero risk for HCV, so timing doesn't matter -- but once in a while positive HCV can be delayed as long as 6 months.

Within the boundries of error ( all tests can have that) you should be OK. Suggest avoid such encounters unless you know the sexual history of the person
