Dear doctor, are my test results below final or do i need another test: hbsag 8,12,24 weeks from risk of exposure, hcv 24 weeks from risk of exposure, all test result are negative, thankyou?

You've been over tested. The 8 week HBsAg was conclusive, and you could have had the HCV test at the same time. Unless you had possibly traumatic anal sex with another male, you were not at risk for HCV. It has been oversold as an STD and in fact is rarely if ever transmitted by sex between men and women.
