With your current your question, I assume the current ureteral stones were not diagnosed before the lithotripsy of 1.6 cm pelvic stone, is that correct? The 1.6 cm stone could not be broken up to 4 pieces of those sizes. Whatever, you will need more procedures for taking care the current stone in the right UPJ and right ureter. Good luck!

'Right ureteric stones' might be stone fragments or 'gravel' lining inside the ureter (urinary tube) hence the descrepency in size. PL have your Urologist address the issue.
