Urologist: Unfortunately, there is no easy "cure" for a 7 mm proximal ureteral stone. You have a small, but not zero, chance to pass this on your own, but even if you can, it will be painful and may cause you to miss substantial amounts of work or school. You need to see a urologist to discuss your options, which fortunately are minimally invasive in most instances. Good luck!
