I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus two years ago. i am now having sharp pain in my knee with some swelling and the pain is shooting down my calf. i dont see my surgeon til few weeks. when should i go to er? i try not to go but in pain. i did pt b4?

Try local heat and Ibuprofen and avoid too much weight bearing and walking. Hope you do well
