Its the weekend so no answers, did blood work and my iron is 34 when its normally over 100, my red cells are normal and my hemoglobin is normal. and my ferritin is normal, what could this mean?

It is impossible to interpret iron profiles without seeing all of the results, Including those that are normal. Having said that, if your hemoglobin and ferritin are normal, it is unlikely that you have iron deficiency. You should discuss the results with the Doctor Who had the blood drawn for more definitive answers. Good luck.
