How sensitive is laryngoscopy for pyriform sinus cancer? i've had intermittent (daily) pain for two months in the area, but a month and a half ago an ent saw nothing abnormal. vague, burning pain, sometimes on swallowing and radiating to the arm?

Depends on the ENT's ability. Any neck mass, voice change? If concerned , you can request a CT scan or MRI scan with contrast.
