Ear, head pain: Hello, the fact that your ENT doctor found no pathology is reassuring. TMJ troubles often cause Ear and head pain. While a tumor or cancer could be possible, a CT or MRI may be needed to fully answer that question. Follow your doctor’s recommendations and if your not happy, seek a second opinion. Good luck.
