"Able to squeeze" implies nothing is there unless you look hard and squeeze. Clear fluid like this is normal urethral mucus, or perhaps a bit of urine. Probably you weren't infected at the time; if you were, it's gone now. Stop looking: if nothing is obvious without squeezing, nothing is wrong. One day was too soon for testing; even if infected, tests would be positive.
