Sounds like: You have persistent urethritis. It could be caused by resistant bacteria or virus. Get to a urologist for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Not an STD: Pain six years after a sexual encounter is not an std. You need a scope to determine if you have a stricture or other anatomical issue. A good urologist is next in order.
