These symptoms could be caused by irritation or infection of the bladder or urethra. Usually a urinalysis evaluation will give some clues to this. Shaving gel could cause this kind of irritation and symptoms. In person evaluation by primary care physician or OB/GYN is recommended for diagnosis and treatment.

Dont use any gel or cream near the urinary opening. Drink some extra water. If still not better in a week or so pl see a Urologist
