Possibly normal: If you took all of your antibiotic prescriptions & your symptoms are better, what you are seeing could be some mucus particles that can either be normal or a residual from your body dealing with infection . If there is no pain or blood or fever or rash you probably can wait & see, but call your doctor if anything worsens. Also remember there is no safe sex in this day & age
