Is warts in urethra likely when no warts are external of urethra.i have a little burning when i pee that comes and goes..no stds?

See below: Urethral wart is not very likely. Is the burning related to sexual activity? It may be due trauma from sex. You are young enough that you should take vaccination for HPV as it will protect from most warts and more importantly from most cervical cancers.
