C. dubliniensis is a rare variant of Candida and a rare cause of vaginal infection. It often is resistant to most standard treatments like the azole drugs and unfortunately, successful treatment can be difficult. You should be retested and if C. dubliensis is detected again, see an infectious diseases specialist for treatment advice. Good luck.
