Culture test detected candida glabrata in my vagina yeast infection sample. is this why my body hasnt been responding to treatments such as fluconazole oral pills and metronidazole vagina pessaries? how can i treat this? suffering for 3 months?

Yes, this probably is why treatment hasn't been effective. C. glabrata is often resistant to all "azole" drugs. Alternate drugs likely to be effective include nystatin and the group of anti-fungal antibiotics called echinocandins, such as micofungin, caspofungin, and others. Seek consultation from an infectious diseases or STI expert; there are world-class experts in Singapore. Good luck.
