Several choices: There are several options for vaginal yeast resistant to the azole drugs. Ask your doctor about nystatin, flucytosine, and the group of drugs called echinocandins (e.g. caspofungin, micafungin). Also, boric acid vaginal capsules often are effective (over the counter or prepared by the pharmacy -- get advice from pharmacist). Good luck!
