Boric acid vaginally (gel, suppositories or capsules) often is very effective in treating or preventing vaginal yeast infections. Maybe worth a try (assuming persistent yeast is confirmed as the cause of your symptoms). It has the additional advantage of equal benefit even for azole resistant Candida species. Discuss with your gynecologist.
