Sometimes my heart starts to beat fast or theirs like a double beat and then its normal again their like seconds or minuets until it happens again i dont really know how to describe it but its like it starts to beat fast and then goes back to norma?

More likely sinus arrhythmia, normal variant. See your PCP who will perform physical exam and may run a screening EKG.
