Needs checking: You need to see your MD to have a good physical - maybe even an EKG. Make sure you are off caffeine - no monster drinks!. If you have chest pain, dizziness or feel faint during a cluster of irregular heartbeats seek emergent evaluation. http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Conditions/Arrhythmia/TypesofArrhythmias/Types-of-Arrhythmia-in-Children_UCM_302023_Article.jsp

Exercise>noSleep>yes: Fast irregular heart beats that feel like jerking are palpitations. They are usually caused by extra heart beats which can feel like a sudden "flip-flop" in the chest OR by a short run of very fast heart beats. Palpitations are not a sign of a heart problem unless you feel very faint or dizzy with them. Stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, caffeine can all cause them. See>http://bit.ly/1vlj5cr
