I had tubular breasts and one is a lot smaller than the other. i would like to get this fixed because its making me very insecure but im afraid of being put to sleep by sedative is there any other way? such a non surgical breasts lift or other?

Most cosmetic breast surgeries require for you to have general anesthesia or sedation. You can discuss your concern with the surgeon. Just as there is risk in anything in life eg your surgery- so there is a slight risk in anesthesia. But with right understanding and a good anesthesiologist you should be OK Good luck
