Most cosmetic breast surgeries require for you to have general anesthesia or sedation. You can discuss your concern with the surgeon. Just as there is risk in anything in life eg your surgery- so there is a slight risk in anesthesia. But with right understanding and a good anesthesiologist you should be OK Good luck
