It is normal...: ....For there to be some asymmetry of the breasts. Numb means without feeling. If you touch your nipples and you can feel yourself touching them, they are not numb. If you literally can't tell when something (your finger or anything else) is touching your nipple, then see your doctor for an evaluation.
