No: Stretch marks are difficult to effectively treat as they represent a pulling apart of the normal epidermal junctions and result in significant laxity of skin. Often following pregnancy changes. Some have tried lotions, potions and lasers to improve, but nothing has cured. Surgical removal results in scarring, which is often as noticeable as the stretch marks.

Depends: The only way , as of today, to remove strech marks is by cutting the skin involved with the strech marks. The procedures are called mastopexy and breast reduction. Obviously, if the strech marks are too extensive, part of them will remain because, there needs to be enough skin to close the wounds. However, the left over strech marks will look better due to skin tightening.
